Alumna Corp. holds the brand IP and operations. The investor group collectively holds 40% of the company.

Alumna will not receive acquisition, financing, or disposition fees.
There will be no project-management mark-ups.
There will be no overhead burden passed to investors.

Each founding partner leads a vertical (finance, architecture, construction, marketing & branding). Seed-phase executive compensation is very modest; every dollar raised goes to land, design, entitlement and brand.

Enrique NortenDirector of Architecture & DesignEnrique brings over 40 years of visionary architectural design and academic excellence.

World-renowned architect and Founding Principal of TEN Arquitectos, with a portfolio of major public and private projects across South America, North America and Europe.

Honours include the Mies van der Rohe Prize of Latin America, the Leonardo da Vinci World Award of Arts and induction into the American Institute of Architects College of Fellows. He has held the Miller Chair at the University of Pennsylvania, the Elliot Noyes Visiting Design Critic at Harvard and the Lorch Professor of Architecture Chair at the University of Michigan. His leadership defines and spearheads the visual and experiential identity of the Alumna brand.

As Co-founder and President of Horizon Bay Senior Living, Steve oversaw $2.5B of assets under management across 91 communities in 26 states, grew the organization to 6,800 staff and $550M in annual revenue, and partnered with Goldman Sachs through an exit to Brookdale Senior Living in 2012. He went on to found Validus Senior Living, developing and operating a $500M portfolio of premium communities.

He serves on the boards of the American Senior Housing Association and the Florida Association of Senior Living, and advises Alumna on operational excellence across the regulatory and staffing landscape.

Dr. Jane BarrattGlobal Influence · Aging, Policy & InnovationInternationally recognized advisor in aging, health and social policy.

Serving in non-executive roles on international boards and committees, Jane brings strengths in governance, strategy and cross-sector collaboration, with a strong record in performance assessment, risk evaluation and stakeholder engagement.

Her involvement connects Alumna to the conversations that shape policy, practice and innovation in aging well, worldwide.

Dr. David ResnikoffHead of Psychiatry, Hospital Angeles de las LomasLeading geriatric psychiatrist providing front-line expertise in mental health, dementia and wellness for aging populations.

Based in Mexico City, David received his MD with Honours from UNAM and Universidad La Salle and completed psychiatric training at the University of London. He is a founder of the international research group on Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms in Dementia and previously led the development of a national plan for the Mexican Ministry of Health.

He grounds Alumna's standards of care in real-world clinical application.

Dr. Gary GlassmanChief Dental Officer, DentalcorpInternationally recognized dental specialist and healthcare executive.

A graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry with a specialization in Endodontics from Temple University, Gary received the Ontario Dental Association's Award of Merit in 2024. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, endodontic editor for Oral Health journal and Chief Dental Officer for Dentalcorp Canada.

He brings the intersection of executive corporate strategy and clinical application to Alumna's health and medical standards.

Marius KimelPresident, Visual Information Products Inc.Senior-care and hospitality advisor focused on technology, scalable service and quality of life for older adults.

Marius has advised organizations that bridge hospitality, healthcare, technology and service delivery, with a focus on scalable models for a growing aging population. He leads the software development team at Visual Information Products Inc.
